The real life marriage of two great concert pianists, Lucille Chung and Alessio Bax, has led to one of the best piano duos of their generation. “Theirs is a marriage of wondrous colours and dextrous aplomb [and] subtly balanced to make a musical performance sound as one” (Music and Arts, UK). A musical love story, Bax and Chung first met at the 1997 Hamamatsu Competition, and began a friendship that eventually led to their marriage.
