For more than thirty years, Debut Atlantic has offered students throughout Atlantic Canada direct access to the most outstanding classical musicians in the country!
Through the Debut Goes to School! program, students have the opportunity to participate in concerts and other educational events directed at a wide range of age groups and levels of ability.
These programs are offered at no cost to the School.

During our 2016-17 Season, Debut Atlantic reached over 8,000 students around the Atlantic region through concert and workshop opportunities. All Debut Artists also participate in video conferencing sessions through the Newfoundland Department of Education’s Centre for Distance Learning and Innovation. These sessions are available via live-stream to schools throughout Atlantic Canada. Students from anywhere in the region have the opportunity to send in questions to the artists prior to the presentation and have them answered live over the web broadcast.
We look forward to the 2017-18 educational programs where we hope to inspire more of the region’s youth.
